I need a simple app to track employee training, my budget is $350
I need you to develop a web App for me to track employee training and progress. I would like this software to be developed using Mysql or similar. I can give a list of table names and their general columns (you will obviously add to them)
It would cover:
1- employee roster with their details (columns to be specified later)
2- list of role functions
3- list of training modules for certification per job function with descriptions
- page of modules with their descriptions
4- connect employee to multiple roles and track their accomplishments
5- reports via email and printed PDFs
6-multiple user access and permissions
7-graphically pleasing for check marks/stars of completion
8-list of external credentials and their expiration such as CPR training and state licensing
9-timeline view per employee to see their progress graphically
10-deadlines for training module completion
11- alerts for approaching deadlines and missed deadlines via email/text (i have a Twilio account)
12- ability to set repeating training modules that are to be re-done on schedule or as needed (this could replace item 8 actually)
13- ability to attach documents to employees for private administrative use and for employee to access their own records (for example, a copy of their last performance review).
Those are the basics
attached a paper form to see the graphical layout style id like.. something with larger font and the squares would have a Star in them when completed. This view would be the completion summary, and should be sortable by job role or by employee. the headers would reflect the current role shown and the completion status. if a single employee is chosen the headers would be specific to that person’s roles. I want this page printable to post physically.
-Employee list-> clicking to see employee details, along with their new-hire checklist. This view should also show their training progress and their Role
-roles/jobs list->clicking shows the employees assigned to the roles. roles have tiers, such as junior, midlevel, senior, etc (i should be able to create/edit names of roles/tiers as needed)
-training status -> clicking a role shows the training tracker for that job and the completion status per employee. should be update-able from this view by admins, tracking the admin that changed a status and timestamp
-training modules -> here is the place we would edit the specific training modules assigned to the roles, with their descriptions and deadlines based on time from hire date (or we can leave it blank to not auto assign deadline)
-setup view to create/edit fields as needed and setup alerts as needed. Alerts need to be able to be sent to both management as well as to employees.
-user login views showing their statuses, their own files, and the public completion status of other employees.... basically they can view access anything except other employees personnel files... this should be mobile friendly.
