Auction Web Site

This project is to create a web based auction site where the type of auction is a limited time auction with an expiry time/date set by the auctioneer. The site must use php and mysql. The site must be user friendly and have good intuitive graphics. The site must be editable by somebody without programming knowledge. The auctioneer should also be able to add a starting bid and a reserve price if required. Payment gateway must be paypal but have the option to use a card processor in the future. There will three classes of information that describe the product that the auctioneer must input. The user of the site must be able to select a drop down for any of these classes which will filter the selection. They can then select the product the are after from the filtered results.
