Assist with daily Javascript/PHP/mySQL Tasks - Must be available 6:00AM - 2:00PM EST

Tasks will include things such as:
- Build a Custom Shopping Cart (simple style - with core PHP/mysql)
- Create processing PHP for Forms - so that it sends form to Email and Database
- Add Javascript to forms to improve user-friendliness of forms (IE, validation, auto-complete, auto-generate more fields for sections needing multiple entries)
- Create a custom CMS with core PHP - No need for anything bulky. I can create one of these myself in about 6 hours. I utilize code from previous projects, and you can too. I'll show you what I mean. This will be something you do all the time, so after a couple I expect to be able to tell you.... "Create CMS for X Site" and you'll just get it done.
- Help with various other tasks as needed on a daily basis.
Please respond to this with your bid price per hour and the times you can be available each day for me. I would like to hire someone, to start, at least 5 hours per day. I will pay $13/hr for a 1-month trial with you. Then I will increase it to $15/hr if we decide to continue working with each other. After that, you will receive a review at least once a year.
