Install and customize Avada Wordpress theme.
I will add all other plugins, create all pages, menus, categories, etc.
Replicate the style (slider with text and featured pages) seen at [login to view URL] now.
I have not purchased the theme yet please indicate if you have a developer license for this theme or if I will have to purchase separately.
You will install and setup the Avada Theme and create slider with stock photos and text on the front page.
This is an adsense supported site with a forum, static pages, and community page.
Slider - video/or picture content (stock photos or video) with text overlay.
Featured Pages - above page crease with image or icon.
Blog posts below featured page on front page.

I'll provide ideas for stock images/art and the text that will go in each slider frame to job finalist.
