Creative Designer Needed For An Web App Design / Mockup

Looking for a Very Creative Designer for a web app. You must be able to put in your own ideas & make the design Minimal & Simple. Its for a mostly txt field based database web application with approximately 15-20 pages. You will also be responsible for designing Minimal " Dashboard" for the web app. Please Bid only if you know you are creative in designing & willing , NO programming work required.
