We want to build a website so that our clients who want a website,a mobile app, or some other IT project especially soft jobs done for them can enter those info online without coming to our office physically(Sometimes, there could be need for a physical meeting though). SOME OF THE REQUIREMENTS 1. We want the clients to be able to briefly explain what they require 2. Clients should also optionally provide details of the website(or other IT project) including the pages,uploading pictures per page, content per page and so on. 3. After the client has submitted his requirements, we should be able to review it and add the pricing of the project and duration and other optional payments like managing the website(or project), hosting, etc. After reviewing, it is sent back to the client. 4. The Client receives the reviewed document in his email. The email will contain the client's login details to the website so that he can review the requirements and make any further clarifications and track the project. From this point, the client is required to login to the website to view his project. 5. We should be able to also generate a record of all jobs submitted and be able to remark that they were paid for, amount paid, balance remaining,estimated duration, actual duration, etc. 6. Client's media files submitted on the website should be easily downloadable. 7. Every client's job requirement submission on the website should be exportable to Microsoft Word. By Default all data should be exportable except media files and the like. The Clients personal info like name, address, phone number should not be exported by default. However, there should be the option to also export this. (Imagine that all jobs on this site are finally outsourced, we don't want the outsourcee getting to know who the client is. So think of all information the outsourcee would need to do the job and nothing more) The clients should find the website easy to use and navigate and not overloaded with information. Keep it simple and cool. We may not have provided all required details for the website,so we need someone innovative who has done a similar job before that simply knows what is needed. The company name is NIX,a subsidiary of HiSystems Technology Limited.(This needs to be captured somewhere in the website) You may design a logo for NIX. The word nix means nothing in English; we intend to convey the idea that anything web design or IT is nothing to us.
