Using the HireBee WordPress theme as a base (Freelancerr as a child theme), I want to build a customised freelancer website with my own specific workflow, features and functionalities that may or may not yet exist in HireBee.

For now, all I need is is an IT professional to get me up and running with a HireBee website so I can test it and evaluate the functionalities and order more jobs to be done (like graphic design, logo, pictures, traffic generation campaigns, etc).

PLEASE QUOTE ONLY FOR THE INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION FOR NOW.

I am not an IT professional so please adapt your language to make it understandable. I have a very clear view of what I want to achieve and the budget to achieve it, all I need is a smart, efficient and listening IT professional to guide me and perform the tasks on demand.

A good exemple of what I want to achieve in the end is Freelancer.com but in a different sector. Client are Individuals, freelancers are professionals. I put them in touch the same way as Freelancer.com does but organise a real face to face meeting at a specified date (both location and dates are part of the Jobs details then). Anyvan.com is also a good exemple but I don't have start and end point but only one location.

Please provide price per hour and estimated number of hours needed for the INITIAL IMPLEMENTATION, not for the graphic design, logo, picture, text, customisation etc.
