Build a Website

Planning to build a website for testing kids knowledge on certain topics. Need help from someone who can follow a step by step approach like, showing database structure required for the system, screen designs, end to end functionality deployed for few set of requirements and then finally build the complete system. Looking for a web based Test System to be developed with following key points: Technology PHP, MYSQL Payment will be milestone based as following Indicative milestones Database Design Screen Design A working prototype with important functionality Installation on our site Complete functionality Test including Performance, load testing and results shared with us Scope of work Database design, screen design, programming, intallation on the website, demo, documentation for user and developer Any other importsnt tasks that you can suggest or required for the system to go live There will be 5 subjects Each subject will have 4 to 6 different sections Each section may have upto 20 topics There will be 2 types of users 1. Admin 2. Student Student will have 3 types of plans 1. Access to 2 set of question-papers. 2. Access to 5 set of questions 3. Access to 10 set of questions Provision to have time-limit for all the 3 plans beyond that user needs to get his plan revised to access the system 1 paper will have 50 questions of 2 marks each. Time allotted for the test is 1 hour If the time is over, then system to submit automatically and show results. At a time only one question and options shown on the screen User should be able to either Select Answer, Mark for later visiting, go next or go back There will be four options, a b, c d Some questions could have diagrams as a part of the question and answer. Once user attempts all the questions, system should show a summary of what all he/she has attempted, not attempted, or marked for review. If submits then system should process and immediately show the score. Option to see the correct options for each question. When the test starts, there should be a clock showing time. System should select randomly, 1 question from each topic. Some topics will have only 1 question in each paper. We should be able to configure, how many questions from what topic should be selected. Admin should be able to load questions into the database from either a csv or an XLS file Admin should be able to assign type of plans to students Admin should be able to change the plans for any students Admin should be able to generate students reports on the tests given in the past Admin should be able to generate various reports required Admin should be able to generate analytics on the performance and suggest improvements required section-wise Admin should be able to take backup Questions should have 3 levels of difficulties assigned to them, Simple, Med or High Default level for a paper would be Simple
