all description of the website is withing the tow word files which are the contract between me and the freelancer, please note that we agreed not to release any milestone except the first milestone when the design work is done and that we will only escrow the other milestones when the phases in the contract are met and will only release them when they success to deliver a fully functioning website within the period of tow months stated in their project proposal contract and failur to meet this deadline will result a complete refund of all the escrowed milestones to the project owner without any delay in case of a dispute so the project owner can find an alternative coders to help him deliver the job on time using the escrowed money.
