Back-office Chef kiko

The work consists in developing a back office (BO) for a website that currently has static content. The website is an one page site and is already on the web: [login to view URL] BO platform should be in PhP / MySQL under Bootstrap Framework. Navigation is made according to [login to view URL] - jQuery Table of Contents ([login to view URL]). -> Navigations consists of both Menu Topics (ex.: [Kiko]) and their Sub-topics (ex.: [Kiko] -> [Sobre Mim]) The BO does not need to have the graphic look of the front end You must create PhP code and data model to: General requirements: 1. Creation / removal / deactivation of menu topics and sub-topics menu ([login to view URL] will redesign the navigation on the left column) 2. Possibility of inserting images for each menu / sub (some menu topics cannot be removed/changed) 3. Enables a bilingual edition in Portuguese[PT] / English [EN] for all contents (the front end call for PT/EN will be set after the BO completion) 4. Allows the insertion of PDF documents at the bottom of each topic/subtopic (ex .: [Project] -> [Videos] -> [Book]) Specific requirements: a) change the landing image ([login to view URL]) b) allow the inclusion of PDF [Kiko] -> [Press] -> [News] (need to produce an image for the thumbnail, with exact measurements, from the upload image) c) allow the insertion of videos (with a still image) in [Kiko] -> [Press] -> [Videos] (necessary to provide an image thumbnail, with exact measurements) d) [Kitchen] -> [revenue]: Allow add / edit recipes (with image) - to maintain organization of text elements and image. --------------------------------- Please tell me if you can perform this work, the time you needs, and what the estimated price.
