Re-skin of trivia App for iPhone/iPad

* We have the source code of an iPhone/iPad trivia-game, which we want to have re-skinned with new graphics (no sounds or music needed). We also need a cool app-store icon.
* We currently don` t have any Q`s and A`s, but this will be provided in the format you need for easy implementation
* Ads will need to be implemented, and possible to remove in a "full version"
* The app should be free, but contain 3 in-app purchases, which should be as follows:
- Remove ads $0.99
- Buy more Questions (category 1) $0.99
- Buy more Questions (category 2) $0.99
* We need you to submit the finished product to the appstore.
(The source code should be ready to go, but some minor tweaking might be neccessary)
