T-Shirt designer wanted

Hey, We love to post new project, we love to hire new people and we need a graphic designer who is ready to design a lot daily for a lot of different projects. Primarily I will need from you: *Good spoken english required to communicate and talk about the designs 1) Create high vector t-shirt designs daily. We will talk per skype about a specific design and then you will have to create that same design replicating it into different niches. * These designs are replicatable and scalable, meaning they will have to be done one after the other for different topics/niches. So I will say now these 20 topics and you will create the 20 similar designs. 2) Create other non scalable high vector tshirt designs. 3) Other designs for specific internet marketing projects like sales letters, graphics, templates, etc Creating GREAT tshirt designs. A tshirt only sells if the design is awesome as you can perfectly see. We will market those tshirts for a profit and if the design is not good enough we will lose money in the process. We need to be in close contact to mastermind on the designs, the designs need to be of great quality and be delivered fast and on time. IN ORDER TO HAVE AN ADVANTAGE OVER THE REST OF FREELANCERS PLEASE STATE AT THE TOP THAT YOU ARE READY TO DO A SAMPLE DESIGN If you manage to impress me with your proposal you will be working with me for a long time and this means a LOT of design projects daily and a possible full time position in my company.
