redraw 2 diagrams that i scanned from book - repost

very simple project. see 2 diagrams attached, which i scanned from a book. I am doign a big and important presentation at work, i need to make it lookk that it is my idea, not an idea that I stole from a book. redraw them or do what you have to do so it looks like they are original. i will then put into my powerpoint slide i dont care how you do it, probably a simple job for somebody who knows photoshop. if you can pass the file to me in a formnat i can open i can change the words. I am a good employer, have been on many other sites for years i promise. Expecting one draft then final draft by deadline i need this doing fast!
