Need a Logo Created

I need a logo for a Business Consulting company called Excoden

The company is from The United States.

I want a logo that will have a 3d type effect with the color blue in it.. It will also need to be a stand alone logo created (without 3D effect) that can be put on a (black/white) background

The logo has to be made in illustrator and must be a vector...

My budget is roughly $30 and I will require a mock up before accepting a bid, because I have had two logo’s created in the past that were to similar to logo’s already created and if used them my company would have had some legal troubles.

The person that comes up with the best mock up will win the bid..

A good example of what were looking for would be something similar to the logo that General Electric has or Boeing uses

*will need all files in Jpg, Giff, etc.,* and all copyrights to the design
