Floor Plan Changes

I need changes to be made to an old Floor Plan. This Floor Plan is outdated and the colour scheme is ugly. I need it to look modern and go with the colours in the attached photo. I need at least 2 versions to choose from so I can have options. Please be creative with colours but the Floor plan can't change as this is for an actual building! Changes will most likely need to be made.. and I really need someone who can deliver on time and can work with me. 1. I've attached the Ground Floor Plan 2. I've attached a photo of the building that is for sale to give you ideas for colours 2. I've attached the NEW Floor Plan with my changes - Here are a few notes: a. Where I have indicated "change colour" please change colours in line with the colours in the photo I provided. b. The yellow area on the Floor Plan needs to be neutral - try using white or grey c. The brown area on the Floor Plans need to be neutral - try using white or grey - but keep in mind colour used in the yellow section d. Change the colour of the areas in purple - maybe this can be red or blue? e. Change pink kiosks- maybe this can be red or blue? f. Atms need to go in as indicated- look at the Floor plan for ideas on how to incorporate this Can't wait to see your bids!
