Ebook layout, need high standard/polished final product

I need an experienced designer with great attention to detail and above all aesthetics and design. I need to see proof of past work and feedback given. Please include an example of similar ebooks/work you have done. This is a simple layout Job, the design for the ebook is already created and you would only be laying out provided text and images into the InDesign template provided. Need to work with page design and layout, the layout needs to flow, be esthetical with well thought out use of imagery throughout and result in a very high standard/polished piece of work. You are free to layout and design as you see necessary, but final product must be of high quality, highly polished, stylish and well designed. Use Page Layouts as you see appropriate, some sections of the Book contain more text, some contain more images. I need the designer to think intelligently about the flow of the book and organise the content provided into the template pages so that it looks highly polished and esthetical. I need each Book chapter to fit per template spread. This way every page has a new and vibrant look. The book has around 7,500 words, separated into 12 sections. This would equal to around 30 to 35 pages of content. You are to use images outlined in the description document provided off the dreamstime website. Please use watermarked versions of the images in your first draft (one image per section, can be reused or resized to highlight elements) so I can see how they are used and if they suit the location, theme and message of the page. If first draft is accepted I will purchase and supply the appropriate images and sizes to you off dreamstime. Use images provided as backup images if and where appropriate and only if the suit the page theme and look stylish and highly polished. Use the PSD images appropriately and stylishly working with the inDesign page templates. I would need * Provided text and graphic to be laid out in a high impact esthetical and polished manner * Ensure [login to view URL] and book title is displayed prominently at the top of every page * Etching out of images will be necessary for some pages. * Use one style of magazine page design per section/chapter What do I have already? * I already have the Cover page, Back page and Inner page designs done in an inDesign template which will be provided to you. * I have a number of graphics, psd files and photographs which are to be used in the book * I have the book content and will provide a clear guide on each chapter, what elements are included and where it needs to go In your bid/response please indicate how long this project will take you and how you plan on handling client updates, proofs and communication. It's important you must have good communication. I require updates at least every third day as to how progress is going, including JPG screenshots. If you cannot do this then please do not apply.
