Powerpoint Presentation with Graphics - repost

I have three Samsung 32" 320MXN-2 LCD Professional Display ( 1366 x 768 (16:9) resolution) in the coffee shop which are displaying the foods price and pictures. These LCD comes with a Windows XP which can allow me to play Powerpoint, PDF, and flash files.
I need 4 landscape flyers in PowerPoint 2003,2010 and PDF file format for LCD#1 and LCD #2 and 2 Portrait for LCD #3. I need someone with experience who has worked for restaurants and hotels or created these menus and know what i am talking about.
To make your work easy, I have attached the example ( screenshots) i have actually created these flyers or menu ( whatever you call it) I can share it with you. They have the prices ,picture of product and text on it ,. I dont have time to arrange them or reformat them, but i need someone to help me to reformat background and design and create a new design and send me the PowerPoint and PDF files format. I will share what resolation you should select for the
