Netherlands Coronation Flag Special

On April 30, the Kingdom of the Netherlands will see the coronation of a King Willem Alexander as Queen Beatrix abdicates.
I need a special commemorative flag designed similar to the one depicted here: [url removed, login to view]
The artwork will be given to a factory for printing in 3'x5' (3x5 ft) and 12"x18" (12x18 inches).
Familiarity with Dutch themes and culture is an asset!
PS: Flag will be made of 100% Polyester.
