Manoa Technology Group ([url removed, login to view]) would like four graphics designed to be used on its website and other marketing materials. The graphics should each represent one of the following themes:
* Technology development -- Architecture and design services
* Project management consulting -- Improving productivity and solving problems
* Outsourcing expertise -- Getting more value from outsourced development contracts
* Resources -- Downloadable white papers, tools, and articles
The graphics should be approximately 400px x 400px, and should be able to be resized down to 130x130 while retaining the intended meaning. Alternately, you may provide separate versions of the graphic optimized for 400x400 and 130x130 resolutions.
The graphics should contain no text. As an example, we may display the images next to text headlines and paragraph content like:
[Image] TOPIC HEADLINE
[Image] Body content Body content Body content Body content Body content Body
[Image] content Body content Body content Body content Body content Body content
The graphics should be delivered in a format that retains the layering of image components -- either Photoshop or GIMP.
The graphics should be original artwork and/or novel combination of source graphics used under license. You will be expected to assign exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free ownership of the graphics to Manoa Technology Services LLC upon contract completion. Any source graphics that you incorporate in the design must be used with permission, with the ability to re-license for commercial use. You will be expected to provide a signed statement to this effect.
You should anticipate presenting three or four concepts to us, with one or two revisions before the final product is accepted.
Payment for this project is contingent upon our final acceptance of your designs, and delivery of the supporting license documentation. Specifically, if we do not like any of your designs, we reserve the right to seek another vendor without obligation to you. That having been said, we will not accept multiple proposals in parallel; if we accept your bid, it is because we expect you to be able to deliver.
We are looking for more than just mono-chromatic "icons".
I'm somewhat interested in Web 2.0 "shiny" graphics, although would like to see alternatives, as well.
Bid amount must be fixed bid, not time + materials.
Please include links or attachments to similar graphics that showcase your work.
Please include any questions that you think should be answered prior to beginning work.
Thank you for your interest. --Dan
