Professional XP style icons needed

I have developed a commercial application in which i need highly professional icons created, preferably XP style. I need one 32x32 version that will be used for the exe and desktop shortcut, a 16x16 for the titlebar, and 2 more 16x16 icons for the system tray, they can be similar to the titlebar icon, but need some sort of indicator to symbolize whether or not a process is running (like a red or green symbol). I would like the icons to be very unique, for example, i dont want an edited XP icon, or similar, i want it to be very unique to my program, but remain XP stylish. The program is very similar to ad-aware (a spyware/adware removal system). My program is ad-logic (a working name, so please dont base the icon around it, e.g. dont put "AL" in the icon). Please see the included zip file for some small images of where the icons will be used. Im open to ideas for this, you can even make a logo for the program if you want, that would be cool. I am a developer, (i even program for people here on RAC, so im very familiar with the system), so i would like this done professionally. First timers are welcome, im more than happy to give you a good rating, but id like to see some previous work if possible, my budget is $25 but im not worried about it, im focused on quality and uniqueness. (p.s. i know my rating is 1, but you can look at my CODER rating if youd like, the first job i encountered an error with paypal and the funds were never transfered, but i assure you that the funds will be escrowed) ## Deliverables 1) 100% original and unique artwork!
