L. McKenzie (Safety 1 and 2) – Male / Brown skin / long dreaded hair

M. White (Safety 1 and 2) – Male / Dark brown skin / short hair / eyeglasses (optional)

PROJECT SCOPE/THEME

Create a large display (legal size or perhaps poster) of goal progress. The 5 olympic rings (each ring should have one of the goals written above or inside or beneath it) should be drawn at the top as a header with ‘Racing for the Gold' benath it. The 5 different areas that will be measured are listed above. The workers are listed above as well as the respective goal that they are being measured against. The workers should be represented in the display as avatars or another similar easily created form (gender and skin color should be represented – dark/light brown). The goal is 95% and the numerical progress of each worker in their respective goal will be given to you.

The goal should be displayed as a track and field race with the finish line being 95%. So there should be 5 tracks/lanes with the goals representing 1 lane respectively. The case managers will be represented on their respective track/lane as an avatar based upon their performance (50%, 25%, 75%, etc.). Markers should be on the track to scale it accordingly.

In presentation of the avatars, it may be a good idea to put their first initial and last name on their jersey (i.e. M. Mitchell, etc.). Facial features are not necessary, but we can use glasses for those workers as identified above.
