76662 Mouse Cartoon Character

Looking for a cartoon character for the label of a cleaning agent for retail sales. The product line will be called "Squeaky Cleen". I am picturing a mouse with a janitor outfit (maybe a hat?) pushing a mop around. Maybe SC on his overalls? Requirements: 1) needs to be VERY professional looking 2) needs to be in a format that can be used in print (I.E. Product label/literature/website/business cards). 3) we own the graphic and all the rights once paid for 4) artist will be paid once we are happy with the graphic I have a budge of $100 for this graphic.
