Simple 1/8th page Ad for Magazine/Show program

NOTE: Deadline is end of day Tuesday, May 29th. We will be selecting a bidder by Sunday, May 27th. Please check the attached ad specifications page and be sure you can comply with all the requirements before bidding. This project is a simple 1/8 page advertisement for the Product Showcase in the program at a show in NYC (CEA Lineshows). See attached document for the full specifications needed. I can supply a high-res product photo, logo, and the product description. All we really want is someone who can put together the appropriate layout, font specifications and file formats, as well as possibly add a professional artistic touch to the ad itself (i.e. add a nice background or borders - we're open to your suggestions and expertise on what would be appropriate).
