WordPress Speed Optimization Needed

We need an experienced performance specialist to push our Core Web Vitals clearly into the green, with a strong focus on reducing TTFB and mobile LCP, while keeping INP/CLS perfect. Current 28-day field data (real users / CrUX) Mobile: LCP 2.8s, FCP 2.6s, TTFB 2.2s, INP 100ms, CLS 0 Desktop: LCP 1.7s, FCP 1.4s, TTFB 1.9s, INP 43ms, CLS 0 Target metrics (must hit or improve) Mobile: LCP ≤ 1.5s, FCP ≤ 1.5s, TTFB ≤ 0.8s, INP ≤ 100ms (must not worsen), CLS = 0 (must stay 0) Desktop: LCP ≤ 1.2s, FCP ≤ 1.0s, TTFB ≤ 0.6s, INP ≤ 50ms (must not worsen), CLS = 0 (must stay 0) Additional issue: Very slow WordPress backend/admin Our WP-Admin is slow (often 6–10 seconds on many sections). You must identify the root cause and fix/mitigate it (e.g., plugin conflict, slow DB queries, server config, PHP workers, caching/object cache, etc.). Scope / Pages Optimize both frontend and backend, including key templates/pages such as: Homepage Category pages Product pages Cart / Checkout (as relevant) Requirements No disruption to customers: The site is live. Explain how you will implement changes safely (staging, low-traffic windows, rollback plan, etc.). Documentation is mandatory: All changes must be documented in a Google Doc/Sheet (what changed, where, why, and before/after results). Measurement: Validate improvements using CrUX field data + PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse (and/or other reputable tools).
