I have a batch of inspection reports that must be organised today. Within the next four hours I need the raw figures lifted from the reports, loaded into a fresh XLSX sheet, and laid out so each row or is clearly named after the corresponding inspection report. While you are extracting the data, each source file also needs to be renamed in that same convention so everything lines up one-to-one. At the same time the original report PDFs have to be split by asset name. Once split, save each part with the exact asset name you used inside the spreadsheet so the file set is perfectly cross-referenced. I’ll provide the reports immediately; you return: • A single, clean XLSX workbook with all data entered and each segment labelled as described. • A folder containing the newly split, correctly named PDFs. Excel (or Google Sheets if you prefer and then export), plus any reliable PDF tool such as Adobe Acrobat, PDFsam, or similar will be fine as long as the naming is accurate. Time is tight, so only bid if you can start right away and hand everything back within four hours of acceptance. Input will need to be provided on the condition of the asset based upon the report
