Google Chrome extension to replace referrer user agent

Hello,
I need a google extension that will replace the referrer agent when I visit a website with my google chrome browser.
So instead of a blank referrer/direct visit, your extension will show the website visited like the visit is originating from ([login to view URL]).
I should be able to set up more than one referrer domain and its frequency in percentage.
Sample:
[login to view URL]%
[login to view URL]%
[login to view URL]%
[login to view URL]%
etc...
Total must equal to 100%
Also, if the referrer list can be retrieved from an external URL, it's better for me. Sample: [login to view URL]
