I’m putting together a fresh, customer-focused newsletter that will go out once a month and I’d like a skilled hand to manage the entire process—from shaping the stories to delivering a polished email Each edition must blend three elements in a clear, engaging flow: company news that shows what’s happening behind the scenes, concise product updates highlighting new releases or improvements, and a short industry insight section that positions us as a helpful voice rather than just another salesperson.
