I’m looking for somebody who is an expert in all three of the above skills, plus Shopify.
I myself am Google certified for both Analytics and AdWords, but I have problems with the integration and synchronization of Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and AdWords.
For example, should I use eCommerce setup goals in Google Analytics OR set up events in Google Tag Manager? Maybe I should do both? I use the Google plugin in Shopify and see that it has already automatically installed several conversions into Google AdWords. I seem to have duplicate goals there now.
It is confusing to understand which tracking is automatically installed by which platform.
Long story short, this is a complicated synchronization problem between various platforms.
I want Google Analytics, Google tag Manager, Shopify, and Google AdWords to use and track the same goals and conversions. The situation now is that it is fragmented.
