We are looking for a solution to quite a simple problem.

Basically in simple terms we want to provide access for

our customers to our google analytics account.

Basically we are UK B2b Publishing company that publishes

trade magazines for the print and sign industries.

We also operate their associated web-sites of [login to view URL]

and [login to view URL]

We currently use google analytics to monitor web traffic etc.

Digital marketing is becoming a bigger part of our business and

therefore when we sell things such as web banner adverts on

the above sites we need a way to give access to our google

analytics account so that customers can view our web traffic.

Obviously being transparent with customers on traffic figures

is a powerful way to install confidence.

Within google analytics you can create limited access accounts

that means the user can view stats but not make any changes etc.

We have set up the following client account that provides access to

our google analytics account. This account has limit access but is perfect for

providing to customers

However the one fundamental problem we have is that when

I provide the email account info when somebody try`s to login

from another part of the country and from different PC it

triggers gmail security settings which means that the user

has to input a security code that is sent to my phone.

Obviously this makes it impractical to use therefore I`m looking

for a solution that disables these security setting or alternatively

provides another way around this problem.

Also to compound this problem you always need to use a gmail

associated email address when trying to setup new user accounts

in google analytics.

Therefore can you sort a solution that gets around the above problem

to give someone limited access to our google analytics account ?
