Paid Ads Manager Needed - Must be able to create ad Strategies and manage budgets

Job Description:
I need someone that can work with me on Paid ads for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google ads.
I can provide the content and images for you, and you'll have to put that ad copy in the ad platform, choose the audience targeting, set the campaign for lead form or website link clicks and manage the budget.
You must be familiar with creating other ad layouts in Facebook using Canva or other means if you need to recreate some of our creative copy or images into a story-size post.
Being able to come up with paid ad strategies is a must. As we discover what the competition is doing, we may need you to come up with something similar to our spin and propose an image and copy for it.
Pretty much you must have at least 8 years experiencing managing paid ads and getting results. Please provide any links or details to ads that you've managed and what you did in the account for my consideration. Also, anything that you did for Google ads and Google Analytics.
This is a part-time to full-time position paid on a monthly basis.
