High-Conversion Calgary Real Estate Ads

I own a residential real estate brokerage and property management company in Canada and I’m looking for an experienced Google Ads specialist to build a conversion-focused campaign that generates qualified buyer, seller and realtor leads. The campaign must target all of Calgary and nearby communities within about a 30-minute drive, using precise geo-targeting. My focus is on leads quality and cost per lead. I need someone who can: Build tightly structured search campaigns based on buyer and seller intent Research high-intent Calgary real estate keywords Write strong, conversion-driven ad copy Set up proper negative keyword lists (i have some good idea as well ) Optimize bidding, extensions, audiences, and location settings for maximum ROI You must have verifiable Google Ads performance. Please be ready to share a Google Ads customer ID for view-only access. Screenshots are not sufficient. --- Deliverables Full campaign build in my Google Ads account (or build and transfer) Structured keyword list focused on Calgary residential buyers and sellers Conversion tracking setup (Google Tag Manager + Analytics) Clear 30-day optimization plan Weekly performance summaries including cost per lead and conversion rate My Google Business Profile should also be supported and promoted properly. This will not be a one-time project. I will require ongoing monthly optimization, and additional campaigns will follow once this initial campaign is performing well.
