git remove/rebase/revert/delete range of commits

git - need to remove <from this commit> <to this commit) Getting this working correct is the goal. It will be nice meeting you and surely an honor. Money is tight having cancer and being out of work, but if you can do this for a cost about $12 that would be appreciated as I can not afford anything high.
