I am writing this letter in reference to your job opening for the "German assistant/ appointment setter" position. Due to many years of experience in (multilingual) customer support, I have experience in telephone handling. As I was running my own business for almost 5 years I am organized and know how to prioritize tasks and meet deadline. I am used to and enjoy working independently, however, teamwork is of high importance to me. Continuous and reliable communication is essential for successful teamwork, especially when working remotely. I have solid computer skills and experience working with a PC, MS Office, Google Sheets and Zendesk. Multitasking is not an issue for me, and I am able to look for information while the customer is on the phone. I work from a well-equipped home office with a quick internet connection.
