My name is Jan, and I’m the founder of an IT Consulting Company, which focuses on Business Optimization using the newest industry standards in IT and AI. Happy to provide plenty more information once we connect, but essentially, I am on the verge of launching several new projects and lines of business and need to hire a German speaking VA to help keep me organized and make sure that things aren’t falling through the cracks.
Ideal candidate is someone who is tech-savvy, extremely organized and OCD about systems/processes, able to think outside of the box and work sometimes without details or direction, isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and do client/lead outreach on my behalf.
Some of the task include, but are not limited to:
Contacting new business partner and clients (I will setup your own e-mail address and will provide document templates for all letters.
Information Research and well-written/structured documentation
Writing templates for formal letters as well as recurring tasks
Calling clients and assist in E-Mail correspondence
Provide me daily assistance with the planning and notifying.
Helping me with personal tasks (e.g. scheduling meetings, e-mail/phone correspondence, etc)
Finding & scheduling content to go out on LinkedIn / Instagram / Facebook
Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new tasks often)
My businesses are varied. I‘m an IT Business consultant, developing two SaaS Platforms, and currently transitioning from a one man freelancer to a company. I need someone who is comfortable learning these different industries and evolving to help me and my business grow.
I'll set you up with the needed information clear guidelines, and templates
Initially, I am looking for someone at 5-20 hours per week.
I foresee this position moving to full time in the future and eventually in a physical office in Germany and/or Switzerland. Please let me know if you have a working visa for these countries.
Depending on ability, I will also pay commission for every “deal” you’re involved in making happen.
