Looking to get LAC/GSM Cell ID (CID) from a Number :: SS7 Access

Looking for a hacker/provider who can immediately offer a advanced VLR lookup service that will return the LAC code, CID and MSISDN (IMSI) using a HTTPs web-portal or API access.

(You have to do perform a ss7 Map Anytime interrogation query to get the LAC and CID from the Number).

In case you are able to immediately provide a demo location lookup you are welcome to bid!!
