GeoLocation data review

We are a worldwide ads aggregator and are reviewing the portal we currently have in Canada.
We are looking for a native Canadian (English speaker) who can help us with building a detailed and realistic geo structure in Canada.
The responsibilities would be:
- reviewing the current geo structure which is live on our portal
- reviewing new geo structures extracted
- check ads reports
- manually check a number of random ads in order to assess the correctness of the mapping
Nice to haves:
- familiarity with spreadsheets
- knowledge of the administrative structure of Canada
