The Belgian bank-insurance Group KBC operates in Bulgaria with two main entities - the third bank on the market (UBB) and the biggest insurer (DZI). The bank is in the process of merger of two former banks - previously owned CIBANK and newlly acquired UBB.
The new UBB bank is upgrading its inhouse CRM system, in order to cover more sales and customer engagement processes.
So far it supports 360 View, finatiol followup, sales tracking, onbording, marketing campaigns, etc for individuals. The need is to upgrade it with offer management process for companies (mid size and corporates). The project is key for achieving the business in the SME segment.
The system is inhouse developed, using Oracle APEX technology (Apex 5, Oracle DB 12c). The bank has internal team, still developing it, but it is busy with the integration program of the banks, and does not have enough capacity for the CRM upgrade project. Initial estimation of the project is about 50 MD of external resource.
The target is to complete it in June 2018.
There is opportunity for further projects in the CRM system of UBB.
