Hi there, I am based locally here in Colombo and have the skills and equipment (high-quality smartphone) to handle this verification task exactly to your manual's specifications. I noticed the target date is March 3rd. I am currently fully booked on the 3rd, but I am completely available on March 4th. I know that factory schedules and container arrivals can sometimes experience delays.
