¿Qué versión de GTA V tienes instalada ahora mismo, Legacy o Enhanced? Lo confirmaría primero porque LSPDFR, RagePluginHook y los plugins tienen que coincidir con la versión del juego para evitar crashes desde el inicio. Puedo conectarme por AnyDesk y dejar preparada la instalación desde cero: OpenIV, LSPDFR, RagePluginHook/ScriptHookV, vehículos y los plugins de policía que quieras usar. Después revisaría los conflictos entre plugins y packs, probaría el arranque varias veces y haría una prueba dentro del juego antes de darlo por terminado.
