hello, from what i understood is that you: 1- have no game idea 2- have no design for the game or its levels 3- have no knowledge or exp dealing with Google play store 4- have no time limit for the project 5- its all just a test for you there is no guarantee that you may continue supporting the project and the efforts put in it 6- and you want some developer to deal with all of that for you for such a small sum if i miss understood your offer please right me as it is not the skills we talk about here or whether it can be done or not on my part it is about your commitment , your goal from this project, your support for it, and your appreciation for the efforts put in it regards
