Create a Game Design Treatment for our World-scale GPS, Crypto Humanitarian Service app based on Gamification

I'm looking for a game design treatment for our app, for onboarding, scaffolding, and a continuous end-game.

-I also need help with the mechanics of the game ––– how the achievements work, how much crypto is rewarded, xp, how those parameters are set, The procedural rarity of NFTs and the quests done, hwo leveling works, etc. I have a treatment for UI/UX, but not anything formal.

-What is going to be the main glue to get people onboard and using the app regularly?

There are people that play the game and complete missions, and there are people who create & orchestrate quests that have the end goal of helping local economies, environments, and social enterprises using gamificaiton

. A big plus for us is if you have familiarity with the Octalysis game design framework.

We are making GPS world-scale humanitarian service game where you do good actions in your community and get rewarded with XP, NFTs, and Cryptocurrencies. It's a lot like Pokemon GO, but for humanitarian aid services. People can submit quests and monitor projects being done.
