Separated Axis Theorem Collision Response Explanation - repost

I am implementing a 3D separated axis theorem simulation using bounding boxes only and have written functions to check for intersections and get the normal and penetration depth and generate a collision response impulse.

I have the basic simulation done but my collision responses just don't work correctly - something is being calculated wrong somewhere, most likely with my collision responses.

I would like someone who has a good knowledge of physics and C++ simulations to take a look at my code and help me find out what the problem is. I would like to work through the problem together, explaining things as we work through the solution, like having a tutor, but you must have good English and explanation skills and also Skype is preferred to talk things over.
