The AI parts (assessment, screening, photo analysis) need two guards from the start: uploaded photos stay in private storage behind short-lived signed links and are not used to train anything, and every AI output is stored as a draft that a human reviews before it reaches a client. Timeline: first working slice in 3 days - login, roles and the three portal shells with the intake flow - then the AI features in increments, working from your documentation.
