I understand you need Investora built end to end: user site, dashboard, payments with UPI, cards and net banking, plus a full admin panel with KYC and audit logs. The real challenge is money handling. A common issue: a payment succeeds at the gateway but the webhook fails, so the user is charged while the dashboard never credits them. I would make webhooks idempotent and log every state change. I can build it perfectly : First, UI and architecture. Then, backend, auth and payments in sandbox. Finally, dashboards, testing and deployment. Q1 - Which gateway, Razorpay or Cashfree? I'd handle webhooks first, since that is where most fintech bugs hide. Q2 - I'd build KYC as manual review plus document storage, not automated verification. Agree for phase one? Q3 - Indian users expect UPI and net banking first.
