This looks like a long-term PPC platform build, I can take the full-stack and AI/ML layers: React or Next on the frontend, Node or Python for the API, MySQL/Postgres for data, and the forecasting and scheduling models in Python (scikit-learn/TensorFlow depending on data shape). Demand forecasting and delay prediction are solvable with time-series models like Prophet or LSTM on historical order-to-dispatch data; production scheduling fits constraint-solver approaches (OR-Tools). The Tally API/ODBC integration is where most unknowns live since TDL customization on the client side drives what is actually queryable.
