ALCANCE PRINCIPAL DEL MVP Portal del candidato: registro, autenticación segura, recuperación de contraseña, Case ID único, perfil personal y profesional, carga de documentos, checklist, progreso, alertas, formación, entrevistas, ofertas y comunicaciones. Cada candidato solamente podrá consultar su propia información. Backoffice operativo: captación, precalificación, admisiones, expedientes, coordinación documental, verificación, formación, shortlist, entrevistas, ofertas, onboarding, administración, auditoría y reportes. Roles y permisos: modelo RBAC y mínimo privilegio para dirección, comercial, admisiones, documental, verificación, formación, coordinación internacional, onboarding, sistemas y candidatos. CRM comercial: leads, fuente, campaña, asignación, notas, actividades, seguimiento, conversión y reportes básicos. ATS y vacantes: empresas, vacantes, cargos, países, cupos, compensación, requisitos, filtros, scoring configurable, shortlist, entrevistas, feedback, ofertas y exportaciones. Gestión documental: PDF, JPG, PNG y MP4; clasificación, vencimientos, revisión, observaciones, versiones, integridad, acceso controlado y object storage seguro.
