Checked out the Replit prototype - the concept is solid. The card creation flow is intuitive and the "no account for recipients" approach is the right call for this kind of product. For the production build I would do React for the card creator (it already has that feel), a clean shareable-link system so each card lives at a unique URL, media uploads handled via Cloudinary or S3, and an optional reminder/meetup inclusion via simple calendar integration. The whole thing stays lightweight - no dashboard, no analytics bloat. UI-wise I would focus on making the card creation feel warm and smooth - transitions, nice typography, thoughtful mobile layout.
