Interview Follow-Up Telephone Caller (Must located in Malaysia)

Hi there, We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelance caller with strong English skills (Malay is a plus) to help us follow up with candidates regarding their interview invitations. This is a per-day paid task, ideal for someone with calling experience who can work independently and deliver on time. Task Details: We will provide the candidate follow-up list one day in advance. You must acknowledge receipt within 1 hour after the task is assigned. On the following day, you must complete all follow-ups within Malaysia local time 9am–6pm. The list will not exceed 200 candidates. (You may arrange the calling schedule freely, as long as all calls are done within 9am–6pm.) No calling on weekends. For answered calls: follow the provided script and record the result. For unanswered calls: you must make 3 attempts, spaced apart across different times of the day. Candidate data must remain cloud-based only and cannot be downloaded. Strictly no subcontracting (no second-level outsourcing). You must sign an NDA.
