Job Title: Freelance Exam Invigilator Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time (Assignment Basis) Job Overview: We are looking for responsible and disciplined Freelance Invigilators to supervise computer-based certification examinations. The assignment is conducted once or twice a month depending on the examination schedule. The invigilator will ensure smooth, fair, and secure conduct of exams by following prescribed procedures and guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Verify candidate identity using valid ID proof before the examination. Brief candidates about examination rules and instructions. Ensure candidates do not carry prohibited items such as mobile phones, study materials, or electronic devices inside the exam area. Assist candidates with exam login and initiation of the computer-based test. Monitor candidates throughout the examination to maintain discipline and exam integrity. Provide basic guidance related to exam procedures (without assisting in answers). Properly start and stop the examination as per scheduled timing. Report any irregularities or issues during the exam session. Exam Details: Exam Type: Computer-Based Certification Exam (MCQ format) Duration: Approximately 3 hours 30 minutes Number of Candidates: 2 to 10 per session Frequency: Once or twice per month (as per requirement) Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle online exam systems. Good communication and instruction-handling skills. Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented approach. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Working Conditions: Freelance assignment; payment per exam session. Work duration limited to scheduled exam hours. Training or guidelines will be provided before assignment (if applicable). Preferred: Prior invigilation or exam coordination experience (not mandatory).
