Queue System in React/Flutter

I need a complete, production-ready hospital queue solution built from the ground up. The web side will run on React and give administrative staff the ability to open, monitor and close queues while letting doctors see real-time patient flow. A cross-platform Flutter app will let patients on both iOS and Android join a queue remotely, track their position, and receive push notifications as they move closer to the front. A secure, scalable backend with its own admin console must tie everything together. It should manage clinics, counters, user roles and schedules while pushing live updates through WebSockets, Firebase Cloud Messaging or a comparable real-time layer. Authentication, role-based access and clean REST/GraphQL endpoints are part of the brief. Deliverables • React web panels for staff and doctors • Flutter mobile app for iOS & Android with queue management and notification features • Backend API plus web-based admin console • Deployment scripts, documentation and clearly commented source code in Git I will share wireframes and basic UI guidelines; you handle coding, testing and hand-over.
